Iftar Dinners and 64th Pakistan Independence Day Celebrations by MQM Canada
Communication & Media Cell, MQM Canada Sunday, August 21 2011: Chapters of MQM hosted Iftar Dinners to celebrate the blessed month of Ramadan and 64th Independence Day of Pakistan all across Canada. The events ware well attended by Central Organizer, Joint Central Organizers, Office bearers and the Members of Central Organizing Committee of MQM Canada and local community members. Central Organizer of MQM Canada Iqbal Qamar attended the event in Windsor, GTA-Toronto and GTA-Mississauga chapters and addressed to the attendees while Bob Delany MPP, Streetsville-Mississauga and Madam Lysane Blanchette-Lamothe, MP from Dollard-Pierrefonds exclusively attended the events in GTA and Montreal Chapters.

Program concluded with Iftar Dinner and Cake Cutting Ceremony to celebrate Pakistan Independence Day. Participants raised their hands for prayers to get the blessing of Ramadan, for seeking forgiveness of sins, for the health and long life of Quaid-e-Tehreek, for the success of MQM, for the forgiveness of Shuhada, for the peace and stability in Pakistan and for the prosperity of Canada.
