MSRC MQM Canada Tree Planting Event with ChiDAES

Following the directions of Altaf Hussain, MQMs supported Muttahida Sports & Recreation Club (MSRC) joined 3rd Tree Planting Event in conjunction with City of Mississauga's Urban Forestry Division and ChiDAES Canada (Children Development Association of Eastern Sri Lanka Canada), which completed with huge success here at a local Mississauga Park . In order to combat climate change and to bring communities and Mother Nature together, people from all walks of life - young and adults, individuals and families- gathered to safe their urban environment at Stonewood Park, Mississauga, Ontario by planting trees. Workers of Urban Forestry Department of City of Mississauga, Members of MSRC and MQM Canada, GTA Chapter, Central Organizer of MQM Canada, Iqbal Qamar, Incharge MSRC, Iqbal Bhadur, Office-bearers and Members of Central Organizing Committee were present at the location since early morning for Tree Planting Event despite a cold and windy day.

Member of Parliament for Mississauga-Streetsville, Brad Butt thanks MQM and MSRC Canada to be at the forefront to maximize community participation. Mississauga Councilor Sue McFaden I n her speech appreciated for a wonderful group effort. She said we have the duty to educate our younger generation with the importance.

Earlier in an prestigious occasion held in Mississauga, officials of MSRC and MQM Canada were awarded for their tremendous communal support.

We enjoyed the enthusiasm and willingness along with deep-hearted corporation in the Tree Planting event despite the little cold weather. It shows the solidarity and passion.
